You must write an essay about the current situation of the Spanish Labour Market.

• You should write around 8 pages
• Obviously, your essay should not be a “cut and paste” or a summary of this article.
• This is a takehome assessment and you are encouraged to use as many sources or materials as you want.
• The idea of this reading is to provide the main issues you may want to include in your essay.
• You should express your own ideas about this topic and look for different opinions, but in this case please cite (or quote) them!
• Originality and rigor are both rewarded.
• You are encouraged to use data or resources from other activities to justify your opinions and thoughts
• A potential scheme:
• Most important problems in the Spanish labour market: why they are so important? How do they compare with the rest of the countries around?
• Proposals of solutions: give your own proposals or other people’s ideas. (I know this is not an easy topic, There is no clear and easy solution, since otherwise this would have not became such an important problem!)
• Provide data that both illustrates the problem and justifies your proposals.
